Who we are

Startech Studios ("we", "us") makes games and apps for mobile, PC and the web. This policy explains what information our games and apps handle and how. Questions? Email startechstudios@gmail.com.

Information we collect

Our games do not ask you to create an account, and we do not ask for your name, email address or other personal details in order to play. Game progress and settings are usually stored only on your device.

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it only to reply and to help you.

Advertising

Some of our games and apps show ads served by third-party ad networks, such as Google AdMob. These partners may collect and use information from your device, for example your device's advertising ID, IP address, device model and how you interact with ads, to show ads, measure their performance and prevent fraud. Their use of this information is governed by their own privacy policies, including how Google uses information in ads.

You can reset your advertising ID or turn off personalized ads at any time in your device settings (on Android: Settings › Google › Ads; on iPhone: Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking).

Analytics and crash reports

We may use tools such as Google Firebase to understand how our games are played and to find and fix crashes. These tools collect usage and device information, such as app version, device type and crash details, which we do not use to identify you personally.

Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Google Play, the Apple App Store or the platform you buy from. We never receive or store your payment card details.

Children

Some of our games are suitable for players of all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your choices and data deletion

• Uninstalling a game removes the data it stored on your device.
• You can limit ad tracking in your device settings, as described above.
• To ask about or delete any information we hold about you, email startechstudios@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we handle. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date above.
